Niki Gulick

We are proud to announce that our 2019 Christmas in Springboro parade Grand Marshal will be Niki Gulick. If you have bought or sold a home in the South Dayton Area or have taken advantage of the great social life Springboro has to offer you have probably had the pleasure of meeting her or at least seeing her around town.

Niki is originally grew up in Fairfield, Ohio and continued her education at the University of Dayton where she met her husband, Joe Gulick. In 2009 they decided Springboro was were they would plant their roots as a family and have continuously worked hard to build relationships in the community and make a positive impact. Niki has become a very accomplished realtor over the years and has the best support system in town, where you see Niki you will see Joe and five year old daughter, Gia.

Career Accomplishments

Niki has been a Real Estate Agent with Henkle Schueler & Associates for the past 8 years. She has established herself as a Springboro powerhouse achieving Top Selling Agent in both 45066 and all of Warren County in 2017 and 2018. Based on her 2017 and 2018 sales, Niki was named the Butler-Warren Board of Realtors Top Selling Agent, as well as the #2 Volume Selling Agent and the #3 Transaction Selling Agent based on 2018 production in the entire state of Ohio. Her career sales includes nearly 700 “Happy Clients” and nearly $200M in Real Estate sold. This comes to no surprise since her tagline is, “Everything I Touch Turns to Sold”. Niki Prides herself on her “Never Say No” attitude and belief that in order to be “The Best” you, you must simultaneously make the community around you better too. And there’s no community she loves more than “The Boro”.

Giving Back

Every year, Niki ties in charitable giving with her Client Appreciation Events. Between 2017 and 2018 on behalf of her clients, Niki has been able to make sizable donations to Bogg Ministries, Hannah’s Treasure Chest, Brigid’s Path, Springboro Community Assistance Center, Franklin/Springboro Food Pantry and many other organizations. When people choose to buy or sell a home with Niki they can be confident knowing a portion of all of her sales are being reinvested in the South Dayton Community.

Home Sweet Home

If you asked Niki what her favorite activity, aside from selling real estate, would be she would say supporting local. According to her there is so much to love about our community; from the small town feel, to the restaurants and neighborhoods, to the parks and schools. She also loves the proximity to both Dayton and Cincinnati. The love for this community is so strong she and her family decided to purchase a 50 acre farm in Clearcreek Township to call their forever home. They have bigger plans than just their dream home on a farm, they plan to find a way to incorporate their property in enhancing and supporting the community around them.

Community Involvement

Niki is also an active participant in both the Springboro Rotary Club and Springboro Chamber of Commerce. Upon being told she had been nominated for the 2019 Christmas in Springboro’s Grand Marshal, she was speechless. Whether it’s the Christmas in Springboro Annual 5k, Springboro Oktoberfest or a sponsorship for the countless golf outings and local athletics teams, Niki is always someone you can count on to support. She says:

“There is no higher honor than being anonymously nominated on behalf of your peers for something so special. I don’t deserve this but if anything it just makes me want to do an even better job serving this wonderful community.”
